“And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.” [Mat 19:28]

I. The Regeneration

There is a time very near in the future when will come to this earth an age called: “the regeneration.” The “time of reformation” will be the time when the Lord will put his laws into the minds of the Jews. “I will put my laws into their mind, and will write them in their hearts.” [Hebrews 8:10, 10:16] The whole creation has been groaning for the last six thousand years waiting for the reformation. [Romans 8:22] “For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.” It will be a Sabbath, or a rest for the earth, lasting one thousand years. The reason the “whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain” is because of Adam’s sin (and therefore, OUR sin).

II. The Intention

“And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.” [Ezekiel 40:4]

There is a place (a particular passage) in Bible that has never been preached in the range of my hearing all these thirty-one years since I have been saved by the blood of the Lamb of God who is Jesus Christ. It is concerning a particular piece of ground thousands of miles from here (in Tennessee). This particular piece of ground is the exact location of the original temple Solomon built in 1013 BC.  This new temple [that is seen in Ezekiel chapters 40-48] will be constructed soon.

III. Hast thou seen this?

“Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar. Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side. And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ancles. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins. Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over. And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river. Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other. Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.” [Ezekiel 47:1-8]

IV. The Most Basic Premise

In this message: The Kingdom Of Heaven (Or the Milleninial Kingdom) we will begin with this basic premise: that God has given to us a perfect BOOK with his “pure words” that have been “purified seven times”.

Furthermore, this BOOK came through the Jews. “Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.” [Romans 3:2] And again: “The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.”

Here are the seven purifications (or translations) in the English to the English-speaking nations on this Earth:

Tyndale’s New Testament in 1526.

Coverdale’s Bible in 1535.

Matthews’ Bible in 1537.
The Great Bible in 1539.

The Geneva Bible in 1560.

The Bishops Bible in 1568.

The King James Bible in 1611.

This seventh book represents a purified BOOK, and is the word of God in the English language. Therefore, we have this promise from God concerning these “pure words.” “Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” [Psalm 12:6-7] “For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.” [Psalm 119:89] The A.V. 1611 King James Bible, or any of its editions (1613, 1644, 1676, 1680, 1701, 1769), is the settled forever. Amen!

V. The Kingdom

The primary theme of the Bible is one of kingdoms and kings. In fact, two of books are named KINGS: I Kings and II Kings. Kingdoms and Kings! Two more books that chronicle kingdoms and kings (in particular the Jewish kingdoms and their kings) are I Chronicles and II Chronicles. In Matthew 4:8, we see a strange scene … six thousand years in a moment of time, with all “the kingdoms of the world” being offered by the god of this world (Satan) to the SON of GOD Jesus Christ. “Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them.” These kingdoms are collectively called by God in Daniel 4:17 “the kingdom of men.” Now we are not as interested here with the “kingdom of men” as are with “the kingdom of God” or “the kingdom of heaven”.

Furthermore, there are more references in the Scripture of the singular form of “the Kingdom” than there are of those concerning the topic of salvation in Jesus Christ. And again, the subject of “the Kingdom” in the Bible far out number the references it makes to Heaven or to Hell, or even to that which is made of the first coming of Jesus Christ. More than any other subject in the Bible, the subject of the KINGDOM comes up.

Something else! The Bible shows that the KINGDOM is manifested to man in two distinct forms. This is a basic biblical principle. Every reference in the Bible of “Kingdom of God” is to that of a kingdom, which is of a spiritual and of a moral nature, and every reference in the Bible to “Kingdom of Heaven”, is to that of a kingdom, which is of a physical and of a literal nature. Careful and “believing” Bible study will take you by the logic of faith to this understanding.

VI. Two Things Different Are Not The Same

The phrase “kingdom of heaven” appears thirty-two times in the Bible, and every instance of the phrase: the “kingdom of heaven”, is found (only in the New Testament) in the book of Matthew. The phrase the “kingdom of God” is found seventy times including in the book of Matthew. The two kingdoms are not the same!

However, many expositors of the Bible think “the kingdom of God” is identical to “the kingdom of God”. They have broken their necks here. These unbelieving scholars are confused and blind. (Do not get me wrong. I did not say, they are not Christians! I just said that they do not believe the Book.) They have misunderstood the Scripture to their hurt, and to the hurt of those who have followed them. This is where the Roman Catholic is. This is where the Presbyterian is, including most professing Christians. Christendom (whatever that means) can make no differentiation in these terms because of heart trouble. This is why the Roman Catholic Church, and all the Protestant denominations that came out of the Reformation, have usurped the Bible.

They see no place for Israel as a nation now, and they see no place for Israel in the future. They think the literal nation of Israel does not figure in any Kingdom of Heaven. They think “the Church” has inherited all the promises given to Israel, (so-called Covenant Theology). They have become thieves! These people see no future literal physical Messianic kingdom to established in “the holy mountain” of Jerusalem. They willingly are fooled!!! “Thus saith the Lord; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the Lord of hosts the holy mountain.” [Zecharuah 8:3]

This also, impart, explains the hostility we see in the world today toward the Jew (Israel), and why the jealousy of the Church of Rome toward Israel. The center of the Earth is not Rome. The center of the Earth is Jerusalem! And Jerusalem belongs to the Jews! Amen! And it soon will belong to the King of Kings!!! For Jesus Christ will reign in Israel in the Kingdom of Heaven. The Post-Millennial viewpoint (including the Amillenial viewpoint) erroneously spiritualizes, and steals the promises for themselves, promises that God gave only to Israel.

It behooves us then, as believers of God’s word, to see that two things different are not the same. The Kingdom of Heaven is primarily for Israel. (Israel will be the dominant nation in the Kingdom of Heaven.) This KINGDOM in the Bible is always a visible, physical (or natural), Davidic, one thousand year kingdom on this Earth.

In contrast, the Kingdom of God is a KINGDOM, which is first inward, or moral (in the heart!), and is invisible (or supernatural), and is currently present in the age we live in, which is the Church age. Jesus Christ revealed that: “The kingdom of God is within you.” It is inward and spiritual! The salient verse is in Luke 17:20-21. “And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”

VII. The Kingdom Of Heaven

The Bible is replete with historical (or past) events and with prophetic (or future) events, which comprise in the window of TIME God’s perspective of things he wishes to convey by revelation to man. Through this revelation (The Bible) we find that the BOOK deals more with the subject of a particular kingdom than of any other kingdom.

We need to see, in the here, and the now, the coming of this kingdom through the eyes of faith. We need to hear with our spiritual ears. We need to pursue with all our heart what is important to the LORD our God.

It therefore, behooves us to find out about this kingdom. This kingdom is the KINGDOM of HEAVEN. This literal physical earthly kingdom is of most interest to God. This will be a literal, physical, JEWISH KINGDOM on this earth.

The references in the Bible that point to the Kingdom of Heaven, which is a future, millennial, kingdom, number over five hundred instances. (What God emphasizes ... is what we should emphasize.) This future … PHYSICAL and LITERAL KINGDOM will be established at the end of the Times of the Gentiles exactly as defined in the book of Daniel. It will be also a POLITICAL KINGDOM!

Israel’s KING will govern the nations of this earth! This KING is the SON of GOD … Jesus Christ. Daniel beheld “the Ancient of days” WHO is Jesus Christ. “I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.” [Daniel 7:9]

This is way we see him in the book of Revelation. Do not believe me … check it out for yourselves! [See Revelation 1:13-16] “A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.” [Daniel 7:10] “I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.” [Daniel 7:13-14] [Note the kingdom that is given to him.]

In the book of Micah we see the prophecy again of the kingdom in “the last days”. “But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” Jesus Christ will rule all the nations of the world during the Millennium from his throne in Jerusalem. The Kingdom of Heaven will have a perfect government. It will be a theocracy ... the rule of Jesus Christ over the nations of this earth. “And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.” [Micah 4:1-7] The kings of this earth will not willingly allow this to happen. [See Psalm 2:2, 9]

VIII. A Pattern … A Time … A Place

“Then verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary. For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary. And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant; And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we cannot now speak particularly. Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God. But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people: The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience; Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation. But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.” [Hebrews 9:1-12]

Now, the book of Hebrews has been expressly given (by the apostle Paul through the Holy Ghost) to the Jewish believers in Jesus Christ. (Both for those Jews in the Church Age and for those Jews in the soon upcoming Great Tribulation. Friend, the time is at hand: “even to the time of the end.” Just turn to the book of Daniel in chapter 12. Look at verse four: “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.” [Jeremiah 30:7] These believers in “Jacobs Trial” will need to “endure unto the end” to be saved. See Matthew 24:13.

God commanded Moses to build the tabernacle (or temple) in the wilderness according to “the pattern”. “According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.” [Exodus 25:9] These “patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these” tabernacles seen on the earth. [Hebrews 8:5, 9:23]

So there was a perfect pattern! And when the proper time came in God’s scheme, (So there was a perfect time!), it was revealed to David where the permanent temple was to be built on this earth. (So there was a perfect place!)

The future temple was to be located in the “threshingplace of Araunah the Jebusite” and he was to “rear an alter unto the Lord” there. “And Gad came that day to David, and said unto him, Go up, rear an altar unto the Lord in the threshingfloor of Araunah the Jebusite.” [II Sam 24:18} “And David built there an altar unto the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings.” [II Samuel 24:25a]

Now this wasn’t the first time that the command to “rear an altar unto the Lord” for a sacrifice at this location occurred. This also was the very exact “place” where Abraham was to offer up his only son to God, Issac. “And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.” [Genesis 22:1-2, 9]

God has plan! God has a perfect pattern! And God has a perfect time! And God has perfect place! Now God has his chosen man (Solomon) according to his plan construct the first permanent temple according to a perfect pattern at the right time in the perfect place for God’s NAME to be there ... in the TEMPLE at the exact geo-political and exact geographic center of this Earth! “And it came to pass in the four hundred and eightieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month Zif, which is the second month, that he began to build the house of the Lord.” “But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded? [1 Kings 8:1] Heaven is his throne and the Earth is his footstool! “It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth …” [Isaiah 40:22a]. Great is the LORD!

This brings to my remembrance of years ago, in a church with a congregation of one thousand believers, singing Psalm 48 verses 1 and 2: “Great is the LORD, greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.”

Now even though God had a perfect pattern for the temple, and God had a perfect time, and God had perfect place in Jerusalem, there was still to be failure. Sinful man! A string of sinful unbelieving disobedient kings … the whole nation of Israel was to lose it all. Just go through first and second Chronicles, or Kings, read the book of Isaiah, and the book of Jeremiah, and see how all went wrong, and how it brought God’s judgment with the ensuing destruction of the temple that Solomon built. Now look at that. Isn’t this just like us? I mean in our flesh … we are all just alike. We’d be like the nation of Israel and make a mess of something that was given to us that had a perfect pattern … in the perfect time … and in the perfect place!

After the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in B.C. 588, the land of Israel was to “lay desolate” for seventy years as a Sabbath or rest because the people had rejected his word brought by his messengers. “To fulfil the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years” [II Chronicles 36:21] “Moreover all the chief of the priests, and the people, transgressed very much after all the abominations of the heathen; and polluted the house of the Lord which he had hallowed in Jerusalem. And the Lord God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place: But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against his people, till there was no remedy.” [II Chronicles 36:14-16]

IX. A Den Of Thieves

After decree of Cyrus was given to rebuild the temple the people returned into the land. “Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The Lord God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.” [Ezra 1:2]

“And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the Lord; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid. But many of the priests and Levites and chief of the fathers, who were ancient men, that had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice; and many shouted aloud for joy.” [Ezra 3:11-12]

It is no doubt this same temple that Jesus Christ went into to cast out those who made “it a den of thieves”. “And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought; Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves. And he taught daily in the temple.” [Luke 19:45-47]

X. The Postponement Of The Kingdom Of Heaven

Israel rejected the owner of the house, whose house was meant to be “the house of prayer." They took him, and despitefully abused him, and “cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him." [Luke 23:21] Jesus Christ came to this earth the first time “to seek and to save that which was lost.” [Luke 19:10] Amen!

In the book of Acts chapter seven we see the Branch of Zechariah chapter 6, verse 12 … who is Jesus Christ … “the Son of Man standing on the right hand of God,” [Acts 7:55] in a momentous scene just seen this once in the whole Bible. He is not sitting but standing ready to come to the earth to set up the Kingdom of Heaven, and build a temple “not made with hands” [Hebrews 9:11] “Behold the man whose name is The Branch; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord:" [Zechariah 6:12b]. For Jesus Christ as “a minister of the sanctuary” of “the true tabernacle” will as “an high priest” will come from heaven and “minister” [Hebrews 8:1-2 & Hebrews 8:8-10] “a new convenant with the house of Israel and with house of Judah”. This is “the convenant …" of Hebrews 10:16.

Yes, with the rejection of Stephen’s message by the Jewish nation, the postponement of the Kingdom of Heaven was inevitable. God would now bring to pass Romans 11:17. Hence, the natural “branches” of the house of Israel were rejected by “The Branch”. In their place the wild “branches” of the Gentiles is grafted into the tree. TEMPORARILY!

God now ushers in something not seen by the prophets, the Church Age, whereby all men, whether Jew or Gentile, must come to Jesus Christ as individuals for salvation. “Who among you will give ear to this? Who will hearken and hear for the time to come?" [Isaiah 42:23] “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” [Acts 4:12]

XI. Grace For The Gentile Dog!

Up until this time, the Gentiles (those of the nations) were strangers (or outsiders) to the promises of God. Jesus Christ very clearly brings this home ... to you and me ... in recording in Scripture his dealing with the Syrophenician woman. In the Gospel of John chapter four, It says this “woman was a Greek a Syrophenician by nation”.

Are you ready for this? Jesus calls her a DOG! “But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.” [Matthew 15:26] The Scripture tells us she knew “salvation is of the Jews.” [John 4:22b] (Jesus Christ was ministering to the house of Israel.) Salvation is of the Jews! Amen! (To be called a dog … is to be called a low-life. To be called a dog by Jesus Christ is an authoritative judgment … for he is GOD. God in the flesh called us Gentiles “dogs”.)

What did she do? What could she do? She knew that she could do only one thing as an outsider. She “came and fell at his feet,” believing that Jesus Christ could heal her daughter. “Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt.”

A new dispensation was being revealed here! (Matthew 15:28a) “Is he the God of the Jews only? Is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also.” [Romans 2:29] She came by grace through faith! (That is what happened to me thirty-one years ago. Rick St.James was saved “by grace" “through faith”.) What about you my friend? What is your situation? Where you are going? What will you do with Jesus Christ? That is the real question! As a fellow Gentile (of the nations), have you come to Jesus Christ by faith as this Syrophenician woman did?

XII. The Kingdom Of God Revealed … The Church Age

In this dispensation … the Church Age … the temple, “not made with hands”, is that invisible, supernatural, indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the heart of the believer in Jesus Christ. The temple in this age is the believer! “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” [I Corinthians 3:16] The Kingdom of God is present in this dispensation. (The Kingdom of Heaven is future.) When you and I get “saved by the blood of the Lamb”, we are born again, or spiritually made alive according to Ephesians chapter two, and added to the body of Christ becoming members of the church of the firstborn. [Hebrews 12:23] We, at that moment, are “translated” into the kingdom of his dear Son. “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son”. [Colossians 1:13]

XIII. The King Upon The Holy Hill Of Zion

Hence: in a short time, the body of Christ, “the Church”, will be taken up to heaven. “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” [I Thessalonians 4:16]

God will signal at the right time, and at the right place (for his people Israel who will be back in the land which is at the center of the earth) for the supernatural re-grafting of the natural branches back into its tree. But not without TROUBLE! For God bring the Jews through a seven year tribulation called the Great Tribulation. “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand; A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.” [Joel 2:1-2] Then he will set Jesus Christ on his throne. “Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.” (Psalm 2:6) See Psalm 2 verse 8.

1. The Earth Will Shine With His Glory!

“Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east: And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.” [Ezekiel 43:1-2]

2. The Place Of Jesus Christ’s Throne
(And The Place For The Soles Of His Feet)!

“Thus saith the Lord; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the Lord of hosts the holy mountain.” [Zechariah 8:3] “And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house. And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me. And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.” [Ezekiel 43:4-7] “This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.” [Ezekiel 43:12]

3. The Temple

“But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands” [Hebrews 9:11] “Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.” [Zechariah 6:13]

4. All nations Will Come To The Lord Of Hosts At Jerusalem

“Thus saith the Lord of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities: And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the Lord, and to seek the Lord of hosts: I will go also. Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the Lord. Thus saith the Lord of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.” [Zechariah 8:20-23]

5. Re-Institution Of The Blood Sacrifices And Of The Sabbath!

“And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord God; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to sprinkle blood thereon.” [Ezekiel 43:18]

“Thus saith the Lord God; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.” [Ezekiel 46:1]

6. The Prince Worships

“And the prince shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate without, and shall stand by the post of the gate, and the priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: then he shall go forth; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.” [Ezekiel 46:2]

7. The People Are Happy!

“Thus saith the Lord of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age. And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.” [Zechariah 8:4-5]

8. The Lord Is There!

“And these are the goings out of the city on the north side, four thousand and five hundred measures. And the gates of the city shall be after the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates northward; one gate of Reuben, one gate of Judah, one gate of Levi. And at the east side four thousand and five hundred: and three gates; and one gate of Joseph, one gate of Benjamin, one gate of Dan. And at the south side four thousand and five hundred measures: and three gates; one gate of Simeon, one gate of Issachar, one gate of Zebulun. At the west side four thousand and five hundred, with their three gates; one gate of Gad, one gate of Asher, one gate of Naphtali. It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, the Lord is there.” [Ezekiel 48:30-35]

"Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King." [Psalm 48:2]

Indeed, my friends, very near in the future, there is coming to this earth a dispensation called: “the regeneration”, a “time of reformation”, a millennial kingdom, which the Lord will put his laws into the minds of the Jews. For the last six thousand years ever since Adam sinned, the whole creation has been groaning and waiting for a reformation.

It will be a Sabbath, or a rest for the earth, lasting one thousand years. Jesus Christ will reign. The Bride of Jesus Christ … The Church … will reign with him. “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” [Revelation 5:10]

The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven will be coexistent during the regeneration. And all this, after the thousand years with Jesus Christ, reigning visibly from Jerusalem, will come a new heaven and a new earth. (The present Earth will have burned with fire in a fervent heat!) The Kingdom of Heaven will have transitioned into eternity. There will be no physical temple in it: “for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it” [Revelation 21:22] “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.” [Revelation 21:1-5]

These words are true and faithful my friends. I want to plead with you again! Please be sure that you have been saved by the blood of the Lamb of God. You need to come by faith to Jesus Christ. Remember, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God! If you know these things are true, REPENT … come now to him. You will never regret it! “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name”. [John 1:12]

And for those of you that already are true believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, just visualize by the eyes of faith this beautiful scene. “And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.” Revelation 22:1-6 Amen! Amen! Amen!

The Jewish Temple

 TimesOfTheGentiles

Ezekiel 40:1 In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.

Ezekiel 40:2 In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on
the south.

Ezekiel 40:3 And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand,
and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.

Ezekiel 40:4 And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall show thee; for to the intent that I might show them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.

Ezekiel 40:5 And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits long by the cubit and an hand
breadth: so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.

Ezekiel 40:6 Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the stairs thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad; and the other threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad.

Ezekiel 40:7 And every little chamber was one reed long, and one reed broad; and between the little chambers were five cubits; and the threshold of the
gate by the porch of the gate within was one reed.

Ezekiel 40:8 He measured also the porch of the gate within, one reed.

Ezekiel 40:9 Then measured he the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the posts thereof, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was inward.

Ezekiel 40:10 And the little chambers of the gate eastward were three on
this side, and three on that side; they three were of one measure: and the
posts had one measure on this side and on that side.

Ezekiel 40:11 And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.

Ezekiel 40:12 The space also before the little chambers was one cubit on this side, and the space was one cubit on that side: and the little chambers were six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.

Ezekiel 40:13 He measured then the gate from the roof of one little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth was five and twenty cubits, door against
door.

Ezekiel 40:14 He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the post of the court round about the gate.

Ezekiel 40:15 And from the face of the gate of the entrance unto the face of the porch of the inner gate were fifty cubits.

Ezekiel 40:16 And there were narrow windows to the little chambers, and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the arches: and windows were round about inward: and upon each post were palm trees.

Ezekiel 40:17 Then brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty chambers were
upon the pavement.

Ezekiel 40:18 And the pavement by the side of the gates over against the length of the gates was the lower pavement.

Ezekiel 40:19 Then he measured the breadth from the forefront of the lower gate unto the forefront of the inner court without, an hundred cubits eastward and northward.

Ezekiel 40:20 And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof, and the breadth thereof.

Ezekiel 40:21 And the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after
the measure of the first gate: the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.

Ezekiel 40:22 And their windows, and their arches, and their palm trees, wereafter the measure of the gate that looketh toward the east; and they went up
unto it by seven steps; and the arches thereof were before them.

Ezekiel 40:23 And the gate of the inner court was over against the gate toward the north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate an hundred cubits.

Ezekiel 40:24 After that he brought me toward the south, and behold a gate toward the south: and he measured the posts thereof and the arches thereof
according to these measures.

Ezekiel 40:25 And there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about, like those windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.

Ezekiel 40:26 And there were seven steps to go up to it, and the arches thereof were before them: and it had palm trees, one on this side, and another on that side, upon the posts thereof.

Ezekiel 40:27 And there was a gate in the inner court toward the south: and he measured from gate to gate toward the south an hundred cubits.

Ezekiel 40:28 And he brought me to the inner court by the south gate: and he measured the south gate according to these measures;

Ezekiel 40:29 And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures: and there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.

Ezekiel 40:30 And the arches round about were five and twenty cubits long, and five cubits broad.

Ezekiel 40:31 And the arches thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof: and the going up to it had eight steps.

Ezekiel 40:32 And he brought me into the inner court toward the east: and he measured the gate according to these measures.

Ezekiel 40:33 And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, were according to these measures: and there were windows therein and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.

Ezekiel 40:34 And the arches thereof were toward the outward court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.

Ezekiel 40:35 And he brought me to the north gate, and measured it according to these measures;

Ezekiel 40:36 The little chambers thereof, the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, and the windows to it round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.

Ezekiel 40:37 And the posts thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the
going up to it had eight steps.

Ezekiel 40:38 And the chambers and the entries thereof were by the posts of the gates, where they washed the burnt offering.

Ezekiel 40:39 And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.

Ezekiel 40:40 And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, were two tables; and on the other side, which was at the porch of the gate, were two tables.

Ezekiel 40:41 Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon they slew their sacrifices.

Ezekiel 40:42 And the four tables were of hewn stone for the burnt offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an half broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the instruments wherewith they slew the burnt offering and the sacrifice.

Ezekiel 40:43 And within were hooks, an hand broad, fastened round about: and upon the tables was the flesh of the offering.

Ezekiel 40:44 And without the inner gate were the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and their prospect
was toward the south: one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north.

Ezekiel 40:45 And he said unto me, This chamber, whose prospect is toward the south, is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the house.

Ezekiel 40:46 And the chamber whose prospect is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok
among the sons of Levi, which come near to the LORD to minister unto him.

Ezekiel 40:47 So he measured the court, an hundred cubits long, and an hundred cubits broad, foursquare; and the altar that was before the house.

Ezekiel 40:48 And he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side: and
the breadth of the gate was three cubits on this side, and three cubits on that side.

Ezekiel 40:49 The length of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and he brought me by the steps whereby they went up to it: and
there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.

Ezekiel 41:1 Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.

Ezekiel 41:2 And the breadth of the door was ten cubits: and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.

Ezekiel 41:3 Then went he inward, and measured the post of the door, two cubits; and the door, six cubits; and the breadth of the door, seven cubits.

Ezekiel 41:4 So he measured the length thereof, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.

Ezekiel 41:5 After he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side chamber, four cubits, round about the house on every side.

Ezekiel 41:6 And the side chambers were three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which was of the house for the side
chambers round about, that they might have hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house.

Ezekiel 41:7 And there was an enlarging, and a winding about still upward to the side chambers: for the winding about of the house went still upward round
about the house: therefore the breadth of the house was still upward, and so increased from the lowest chamber to the highest by the midst.

Ezekiel 41:8 I saw also the height of the house round about: the foundations of the side chambers were a full reed of six great cubits.

Ezekiel 41:9 The thickness of the wall, which was for the side chamber without, was five cubits: and that which was left was the place of the side chambers that were within.

Ezekiel 41:10 And between the chambers was the wideness of twenty cubits round about the house on every side.

Ezekiel 41:11 And the doors of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.

Ezekiel 41:12 Now the building that was before the separate place at the end toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was
five cubits thick round about, and the length thereof ninety cubits.

Ezekiel 41:13 So he measured the house, an hundred cubits long; and the separate place, and the building, with the walls thereof, an hundred cubits long;

Ezekiel 41:14 Also the breadth of the face of the house, and of the separate place toward the east, an hundred cubits.

Ezekiel 41:15 And he measured the length of the building over against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side
and on the other side, an hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;

Ezekiel 41:16 The door posts, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, over against the door, ceiled with wood round about, and from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered;

Ezekiel 41:17 To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure.

Ezekiel 41:18 And it was made with cherubims and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces;

Ezekiel 41:19 So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about.

Ezekiel 41:20 From the ground unto above the door were cherubims and palm trees made, and on the wall of the temple.

Ezekiel 41:21 The posts of the temple were squared, and the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the one as the appearance of the other.

Ezekiel 41:22 The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the length thereof, and the walls thereof, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD.

Ezekiel 41:23 And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.

Ezekiel 41:24 And the doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for the one door, and two leaves for the other door.

Ezekiel 41:25 And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubims and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch without.

Ezekiel 41:26 And there were narrow windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and upon the side chambers of the house, and thick planks.

Ezekiel 42:1 Then he brought me forth into the utter court, the way toward the north: and he brought me into the chamber that was over against the
separate place, and which was before the building toward the north.

Ezekiel 42:2 Before the length of an hundred cubits was the north door, and the breadth was fifty cubits.

Ezekiel 42:3 Over against the twenty cubits which were for the inner court,
and over against the pavement which was for the utter court, was gallery against gallery in three stories.

Ezekiel 42:4 And before the chambers was a walk of ten cubits breadth inward, a way of one cubit; and their doors toward the north.

Ezekiel 42:5 Now the upper chambers were shorter: for the galleries were higher than these, than the lower, and than themiddlemost of the building.

Ezekiel 42:6 For they were in three stories, but had not pillars as the pillars of the courts: therefore the building was straitened more than the lowest and the middlemost from the ground.

Ezekiel 42:7 And the wall that was without over against the chambers, toward the utter court on the forepart of the chambers, the length thereof was fifty cubits.

Ezekiel 42:8 For the length of the chambers that were in the utter court was fifty cubits: and, lo, before the temple were an hundred cubits.

Ezekiel 42:9 And from under these chambers was the entry on the east side, as one goeth into them from the utter court.

Ezekiel 42:10 The chambers were in the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, over against the separate place, and over against the building.

Ezekiel 42:11 And the way before them was like the appearance of the chambers which were toward the north, as long as they, and as broad as they: and all their goings out were both according to their fashions, and according to their doors.

Ezekiel 42:12 And according to the doors of the chambers that were toward the south was a door in the head of the way, even the way directly before the
wall toward the east, as one entereth into them.

Ezekiel 42:13 Then said he unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the separate place, they be holy chambers, where
the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, and the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.

Ezekiel 42:14 When the priests enter therein, then shall they not go out of the holy place into the utter court, but there they shall lay their garments wherein they minister; for they are holy; and shall put on other garments, and shall approach to those things which are for the people.

Ezekiel 42:15 Now when he had made an end of measuring the inner house, he brought me forth toward the gate whose prospect is toward the east, and
measured it round about.

Ezekiel 42:16 He measured the east side with the measuring reed, five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed round about.

Ezekiel 42:17 He measured the north side, five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed round about.

Ezekiel 42:18 He measured the south side, five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed.

Ezekiel 42:19 He turned about to the west side, and measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.

Ezekiel 42:20 He measured it by the four sides: it had a wall round about, five hundred reeds long, and five hundred broad, to make a separation between the sanctuary and the profane place.

Ezekiel 43:1 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east:

Ezekiel 43:2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.

Ezekiel 43:3 And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.

Ezekiel 43:4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.

Ezekiel 43:5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.

Ezekiel 47:1 Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for
the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.

Ezekiel 47:2 Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.

Ezekiel 47:3 And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.

Ezekiel 47:4 Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and
brought me through; the waters were to the loins.

Ezekiel 47:5 Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.

Ezekiel 47:6 And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.

Ezekiel 47:7 Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.

Ezekiel 47:8 Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought
forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.

Ezekiel 47:9 And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.

Ezekiel 47:10 And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets;
their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.

Ezekiel 47:11 But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt.

Ezekiel 47:12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

Ezekiel 47:13 Thus saith the Lord GOD; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions.

Ezekiel 47:14 And ye shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerning the which I lifted up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.

Ezekiel 47:15 And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the great sea, the way of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad;

Ezekiel 47:16 Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazarhatticon, which is by the coast of Hauran.

Ezekiel 47:17 And the border from the sea shall be Hazarenan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath. And this is the
north side.

Ezekiel 47:18 And the east side ye shall measure from Hauran, and from Damascus, and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by Jordan, from the border unto the east sea. And this is the east side.

Ezekiel 47:19 And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward.

Ezekiel 47:20 The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side.

Ezekiel 47:21 So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.

Ezekiel 47:22 And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.

Ezekiel 47:23 And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord GOD.

Ezekiel 48:1 Now these are the names of the tribes. From the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the coast of Hamath; for these are his sides east and west; a portion for Dan.

Ezekiel 48:2 And by the border of Dan, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Asher.

Ezekiel 48:3 And by the border of Asher, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Naphtali.

Ezekiel 48:4 And by the border of Naphtali, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Manasseh.

Ezekiel 48:5 And by the border of Manasseh, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Ephraim.

Ezekiel 48:6 And by the border of Ephraim, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Reuben.

Ezekiel 48:7 And by the border of Reuben, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Judah.

Ezekiel 48:8 And by the border of Judah, from the east side unto the west side, shall be the offering which ye shall offer of five and twenty thousand reeds in breadth, and in length as one of the other parts, from the east side unto the west side: and the sanctuary shall be in the midst of it.

Ezekiel 48:9 The oblation that ye shall offer unto the LORD shall be of five and twenty thousand in length, and of ten thousand in breadth.

Ezekiel 48:10 And for them, even for the priests, shall be this holy oblation; toward the north five and twenty thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and twenty thousand in length: and the sanctuary of the LORD shall be in the midst thereof.

Ezekiel 48:11 It shall be for the priests that are sanctified of the sons of Zadok; which have kept my charge, which went not astray when the children of
Israel went astray, as the Levites went astray.

Ezekiel 48:12 And this oblation of the land that is offered shall be unto them a thing most holy by the border of the Levites.

Ezekiel 48:13 And over against the border of the priests the Levites shall have five and twenty thousand in length, and ten thousand in breadth: all the
length shall be five and twenty thousand, and the breadth ten thousand.

Ezekiel 48:14 And they shall not sell of it, neither exchange, nor alienate the firstfruits of the land: for it is holy unto the LORD.

Ezekiel 48:15 And the five thousand, that are left in the breadth over against the five and twenty thousand, shall be a profane place for the city,
for dwelling, and for suburbs: and the city shall be in the midst thereof.

Ezekiel 48:16 And these shall be the measures thereof; the north side four thousand and five hundred, and the south side four thousand and five hundred, and on the east side four thousand and five hundred, and the west side four thousand and five hundred.

Ezekiel 48:17 And the suburbs of the city shall be toward the north two hundred and fifty, and toward the south two hundred and fifty, and toward the
east two hundred and fifty, and toward the west two hundred and fifty.

Ezekiel 48:18 And the residue in length over against the oblation of the holy portion shall be ten thousand eastward, and ten thousand westward: and it
shall be over against the oblation of the holy portion; and the increase thereof shall be for food unto them that serve the city.

Ezekiel 48:19 And they that serve the city shall serve it out of all the tribes of Israel.

Ezekiel 48:20 All the oblation shall be five and twenty thousand by five and twenty thousand: ye shall offer the holy oblation foursquare, with the possession of the city.

Ezekiel 48:21 And the residue shall be for the prince, on the one side and on the other of the holy oblation, and of the possession of the city, over against the five and twenty thousand of the oblation toward the east border, and westward over against the five and twenty thousand toward the west border, over against the portions for the prince: and it shall be the holy oblation; and the sanctuary of the house shall be in the midst thereof.

Ezekiel 48:22 Moreover from the possession of the Levites, and from the possession of the city, being in the midst of that which is the prince's, between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin, shall be for the prince.

Ezekiel 48:23 As for the rest of the tribes, from the east side unto the west side, Benjamin shall have a portion.

Ezekiel 48:24 And by the border of Benjamin, from the east side unto the west side, Simeon shall have a portion.

Ezekiel 48:25 And by the border of Simeon, from the east side unto the west side, Issachar a portion.

Ezekiel 48:26 And by the border of Issachar, from the east side unto the west side, Zebulun a portion.

Ezekiel 48:27 And by the border of Zebulun, from the east side unto the west
side, Gad a portion.

Ezekiel 48:28 And by the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border shall be even from Tamar unto the waters of strife in Kadesh, and to the river toward the great sea.

Ezekiel 48:29 This is the land which ye shall divide by lot unto the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these are their portions, saith the Lord GOD.

Ezekiel 48:30 And these are the goings out of the city on the north side, four thousand and five hundred measures.

Ezekiel 48:31 And the gates of the city shall be after the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates northward; one gate of Reuben, one gate of Judah, one gate of Levi.

Ezekiel 48:32 And at the east side four thousand and five hundred: and three gates; and one gate of Joseph, one gate of Benjamin, one gate of Dan.

Ezekiel 48:33 And at the south side four thousand and five hundred measures: and three gates; one gate of Simeon, one gate of Issachar, one gate of Zebulun.

Ezekiel 48:34 At the west side four thousand and five hundred, with their three gates; one gate of Gad, one gate of Asher, one gate of Naphtali.

Ezekiel 48:35 It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The LORD is there.
